When you join the BBO Buyers Club, we collect the contact details and buying preferences you give us, such as your name, email, location, budget and the kinds of businesses you're interested in. We also record how you found us, where available (for example, a campaign link or referring website).

Why we collect it

We use your details to maintain your buyer profile, understand buyer demand, shape the businesses and content BBO surfaces, identify potentially relevant opportunities and email you about Australian businesses that may be relevant. Joining the list is not an offer to purchase, a guarantee of a match or financial advice.

Who can see it

Your profile is accessible to authorised BBO administrators. Your information is not publicly displayed, and we do not simply publish your personal contact details to sellers or brokers. We may use trusted service providers to host the list and send email; they only process information for those purposes.

Your choices

To stop receiving emails, or to ask about, correct or remove your buyer information, reply to a BBO email you've received and ask to opt out or update your details.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share. Please don't include sensitive personal or financial account details in the free-text field.
